Not quite what you thought it would be or the size does not fit? No problem. Drop us an email at email@example.com and send your items back within 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Just remember that all returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with hangtags still attached to receive a refund. It must also be in the original packaging.
For an item not in its original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error or returned more than 30 days after delivery, we may be able to do only a partial Mishmi Takin credit.
To complete your return, we would need an order # or receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund in 10 days after shipping your return item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
